The idea behind producing infused shallots was
developed by my mom, Who then figured it would be
good to have our daily condiments with extra
nutritions added in a more delicious and tastier ways.
In all Asian food, Crispy shallots are considered
garnish or added flavour to enchance taste, goodness
and looks to every and any main dishes. To do this
“mom” decided that we infused all our crispy shallots
with fruits, herbs and spices.
By doing so, we added all the goodness of the fruits
and spices that were dehydrated to our food. Our
crispy shallots are combination and mixture of the
richness of shallots & other infusion of fruits, spices
and herbs. They do not contain any preservatives,
msg, chemicals or any harmful product. They are also a
good replacement for all non-healthy snack food.
